The service
timed.us helps two people who have linked with each other find and keep time together. It is provided by Epika Labs, India ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping that account secure. You must be at least 13 years old. One person, one account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your people
A link between two people exists only when one invites and the other accepts. Either person can end it. Share only what you are comfortable with; what you show a linked person is controlled by you, per person, in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use timed.us to harass, impersonate or monitor anyone without their consent, to send unwanted requests, or to try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
timed.us is under active development. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will give notice where we reasonably can. During invite-only testing the service is provided as is, without warranty.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Epika Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of timed.us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version lives at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
